Cranbourne Gardens is one of those “must-visit” destinations. Recognised as a site of State significance for plant and wildlife conservation, it is home to over 25 endangered or rare and threatened species.

This field trip offers a unique opportunity to explore Cranbourne Gardens with a specially tailored program created just for us.

Fieldtrip Highlights

  • 30-minute guided, open-air bus ride, providing a fascinating overview of the gardens and their themed display areas.
  • 90-minute guided walking tour of the Australian Garden which will showcase the beauty and diversity of Australian landscapes and flora, featuring over one million plants across 1,900 varieties. The tour will also highlight how climate change is affecting plants and wildlife, as well as the citizen science initiatives helping to shape Australia’s response to these environmental challenges.
  • Cranbourne Gardens’ Learning Facilitator, Emma Melder will discuss the garden’s special educational programs and initiatives.

Spaces are limited, please book early to ensure a place.
